Oklahoma State Mandate Tax preparers who have been approved by the IRS are automatically approved to submit Oklahoma returns electronically. There is no separate approval process for Oklahoma. Any tax return preparer, who prepared more than 500 Oklahoma income tax returns for the prior year, must file all Oklahoma income tax returns prepared for the current tax year electronically.
